Adorable but don’t fit right

"This is my second time ordering from Bali Elf and being disappointed. Both times I ordered my exact shoe size and both times the shoes are too narrow or too short. The design and leather are adorable but you can see my toes poking through the top of the shoes leather. I returned my last pair and found out they don’t do refunds so I bought these with a gift card and am kicking myself for not getting a purse as the shoe sizing is completely off."

I am traditionally a US 9.5, have a bit of a wider foot; Rothy’s pointy shoes I am a 10, otherwise don’t own size 10. I don’t want these to pinch or to slosh on my foot. Birkenstock size is 40, with a tiny bit of room for perfect comfort. Q regarding Valentina in vintage red. :) thank you!

Our shoes run true to size but if you're ordering for the first time we recommend you measure your feet according to our simple guide below: ELF - How to measure your foot www.balielf.com/pages/how-to-measure-your-foot and have a look at our size chart to compare with your usual size: ELF - size chart https://www.balielf.com/pages/size-chart Normally, we make our shoes to fit the medium foot width. We do not make shoes in wide usually but can accommodate a slightly wider foot. Additionally I'd like to let you know that the leather stretches between 1 - 2 cm. More so in flats and sandals than in boots. Please, measure the circumference (measure around) of your foot in the widest part (at the ball of your foot) and let us know the details so we can confirm the possibility of making the shoes to fit your width.
