Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Start by going to Return Portal and have your email address and order number ready.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift Cards and sale items from SALE section are FINAL sales and nonreturnable.
Swimwear products are nonreturnable. All swimwear sales are final due to hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
For the exchanges, exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping cost for the new item is on us.
If you would like to receive your new item faster return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
With limited exceptions, returns are refunded in the form of online store credit redeemable at Balielf.com given that items are returned in full accordance with our Return Policy. Bali ELF does not refund the original shipping charges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and update you on your return status.
Depending on the carrier selected and shipping method, your return package may take up to two weeks to reach us. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Returns Department in the US.
Helpful Tips: Bali ELF is not responsible for returns until they reach our Returns Department. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Bali ELF will not issue a store credit refund for your returns.
