Beautiful Midi Dress

"I got an ad for this dress and am SO glad I bought it. The dress is well made and a beautiful bright red color. I got a size small and it fits perfectly. It has multiple hook-and-eye closures on the neckline so you can adjust the low v to your liking. Beautiful style, great quality. I will absolutely be buying from this brand again."

Almost perfect!

"My measurements: 5'2", 34C (38"around bust), 29"waist, 42"hips Ordered Size: Medium (usually order a Small or Medium). Don't get me wrong, the dress looks good on me, but, with a few tweaks, it would be perfect! If the fabric was a sateen instead of a linen-like, the dress would rise to the next level. For fit, the style does look really nice and very stylish, however, I have issues with the bust area. The dress fits everywhere else, but is tight on the bust for me—definitely not for bigger busted women. This problem could be mitigated by adding some spandex to the fabric, but, until the manufacturer does this, I recommend ordering a larger size and then having the waist and other areas altered to be smaller. For the hook and eye closure at the bust, they do not work well, & I do not like the gap they leave that shows skin. I would prefer that the opening in the front be sewn closed, and instead a slit with button and loop be added to the back of the dress at the neck. I sewed the front closed to eliminate the need for the hook-and-eyes, and because, overall, it actually doesn't need any closure, as I can get it on without one. For petite women, I raised the shoulder seem, as I have to do in nearly every dress, so that the bust & waist would lay in the right place. Overall, with the alterations I made, I love the dress, it looks wonderful on me, & it has become a favorite! I'd also order it in different colors if the manufacturer used the recommendations I've made here."
