Q&A

I wear 8 1/2 narrow; would it be better to get size 8 in these to assure my foot doesn't fly forward.

Is this for wide width?
Hi Sam, Thank you for your question. Normally, we make our shoes to fit the medium foot width. We do not make shoes in wide usually but can accommodate a slightly wider foot. Additionally I'd like to let you know that the leather stretches between 1 - 2 cm. More so in flats and sandals than in boots.
Is there a way to make these wider? I have a bunion on one foot and it’s so hard to find sandals that cover.
Hi Cindy, Normally, we make our shoes to fit the medium foot width but can accommodate a slightly wider foot. Additionally I'd like to let you know that the leather stretches between 1 - 2 cm, which should be enough to accommodate your bunions. Hope this helps!
Can the heels be ordered in a higher heel and different shape, like the cone heel?
Hi Sharon, Thank you for your email. We could change the heel shape for you to a cone shape like on our Spirit Walker Booties. With this customization though the shoes would be non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Hope this helps!
Can you make the heel higher? Say 2.5 inch?
