Q&A

Do your shoes tend to run wide or narrow? I am asking because I have wide feet and usually have to wear a size too big.
Hi Leanna, Normally, we make our shoes to fit the medium foot width. We don't manufacture shoes in wide usually but can accommodate a slightly wider foot. Additionally I'd like to let you know that the leather stretches between 1 - 2 cm. More so in flats and sandals than in boots. Hope this helps.
Is this shoe true to size? I have 3 pair of Elf shoes-I had to return and go down a 1/2 Size on my boot.

Is this loafer soft across the top of the toes? Or is this a hard finish saddle-type leather?
Hi Patrice, Thank you for your question. The leather we use is subtle and soft but woven styles are usually a bit harder. With wear the leather will stretch and soften though to mould to your feet. Hope this helps!
Do any of your shoes have leather soles? Because of COVID we are line dancing outside on cement and rubber soles don’t let me make turns smoothly.
