"The bottom of the shoes have this off tan/white non-skid bottom that trips you on rugs. Is a bad idea. I never had it before but it doesn't make sense to add on a bottom only part way. The tip of the add on came loose after I fell, so I glued it back on. Your shoe is the only shoes made too tight, which I stretch, and the ankle is not the same on both feet. I own alot of ankle straps so it's the shoes. You also said you would give me a $25. 00 refund for waiting so long for the order. You were weeks behind your delivery statement. I missed two affairs waiting for them."

Q&A

Can these be made in a wide width
Dear KQ, Thank you for your inquiry about the Magdalena Wedges. Normally, we make our shoes to fit the medium foot width. We do not make shoes in wide usually but can accommodate a slightly wider foot. Additionally I'd like to let you know that the leather stretches between 1 - 2 cm. More so in flats and sandals than in boots. If you have any specific concerns or preferences, feel free to share them, and we'll do our best to assist you in finding a suitable option. Can the width of the ankle strap be customized? What is the width of the ankle strap for the size 7? I have small ankles and am concerned about the ankle strap being too loose especially when it is not adjustedable. Thanks, Isabella Thomas.
