"The shoes are excellent quality as usual. My only complaint with them is that the straps are very tight, even with the buckles on the longest setting. I ordered a size 10. 5. The length would be fine for smaller sizes, but we ladies with larger feet also have larger ankles. Thankfully leather will stretch a bit. As a quick note for the company-- I have been ordering shoes from here for a few years and they are great, but in the last few months I've noticed the use of more AI generated product images. If I was not already familiar with your company and the quality of your products, this would be a major deterrent from purchasing as it makes you look like a possible scam site."

Hi: I wear a 6 in most shoes and a 6.5 in a boot. Would you recommend a 6 or 6.5?

I have slightly wider feet, so I am wondering, what are the width measurements of the 8.5 Lily Valley heels? Thank you!!
Hi Rah, Thank you for your inquiry. Normally, we make our shoes to fit the medium foot width. We do not make shoes in wide usually but can accommodate a slightly wider foot. Additionally I'd like to let you know that the leather stretches between 1 - 2 cm. More so in flats and sandals than in boots. Please, measure the circumference (measure around) of your foot in the widest part (at the ball of your foot) and let us know the details so we can confirm the possibility of making the shoes to fit your width. Wear an 8 and sometimes 7.5 depending on shoe. Have narrow heel and shallow foot. What size would you recommend

Is the 2" heel measured at the front or back of the heel? It appears the back of the heel is slightly taller than the front.
