Adorable, amazing, but strap too tight

"I’m a huge Bali Elf fan. I love their incredibly soft and supple leather, custom fit, and artisanal business model. I custom ordered the Candy heels in white with added arch support. They are awesome. The quality is excellent and shoes adorable. However, I’m 5’7”, less than 120lbs, and fine boned (my engagement and wedding rings are a 4.25 ring size) - basically I have far skinnier ankles than easily 90% of western clients. The ankle straps on these shoes are incredibly tight. The right ankle barely fits me and the left is so tight that after wearing the shoes for 3 hrs, my circulation was getting cut off while I was seated and I’m getting a gnarly blister. There definitely needed to be one more bead added per strap on either side (possibly more for an average foot)."

My new favorite shoes!

"I just received my order today and am completely in love with them. They look so good on. They are so feminine and really add a special touch to your look. I requested a 2.5 heel and am really happy that I did. They are well made, make you legs look so long and are really comfortable with the stable heel. I almost want to order another pair so I can keep them as a back up when I wear the heck out of these. They are a bit tight around the ankle but hopefully they will stretch slightly if I wear them a bit. It’s way better then having a loose ankle strap (which most do on me) and then not having the beautiful silhouette these make. I suppose you could measure your ankle and let them know, just to be on the safe side. I’m bringing these on my honeymoon and can’t wait!"

"I was looking for a pair of sandals that I could dress up but still feel comfortable. These heels are it! The color is exactly as pictured, they fit true to size, and considering that they were being shipped from the other side of the world, I received these shoes relatively quickly! Q&A

Can these shoes be ordered in a wide width?
Hi Suzanne, Thank you for your question. Normally, we make our shoes to fit the medium foot width. We do not make shoes in wide usually but can accommodate a slightly wider foot. Additionally I'd like to let you know that the leather stretches between 1 - 2 cm. More so in flats and sandals than in boots. Hope This helps!
