These luxuriously woven leather wedge sandals are as comfortable as they are striking — when it comes to heels, it doesn't get much better than a wedge. An easy slip-on style with a back zip, Athena wedges are made from woven leather with braided detailing along the edges.

Wear them with summer trousers, a maxi skirt or a wrap dress to elevate any outfit.

"The zipper on the back ends a bit high so it rubs my calf. I have not decided how I feel about them but will use bandaids the first time I wear them out as I am thinking the back of the ankle will blister."

LOVE but read if you have small ankles.

"I own two pairs of the Athena, Vintage Beige and Vintage Camel, and both are beautiful. Compliments every time I wear them. That said, a couple things. First, the beige pictured on the model is not the same as you receive. Still a gorgeous color but more pink/orange tone. Again, still looks amazing. Second, the top ankle part is too loose. In fact, one is tighter than the other but still too loose for my ankles. I expect them to be different as they are custom, hand made. Extremely comfortable and literally wear for hours on end but if the ankle was tighter, they’d be PERFECT!!! Oh and had both pairs for almost two years and wear religiously during warmer months (live in Texas so lots of use) and the wear on the sole, leather and heel is minimal. If you are hesitating to purchase, DO NOT! Promise you will love!! Thanks Bali"
