Adorable but don’t fit right

"This is my second time ordering from Bali Elf and being disappointed. Both times I ordered my exact shoe size and both times the shoes are too narrow or too short. The design and leather are adorable but you can see my toes poking through the top of the shoes leather. I returned my last pair and found out they don’t do refunds so I bought these with a gift card and am kicking myself for not getting a purse as the shoe sizing is completely off."

Can you please make these in white?

Since all our pieces are custom-made and made to order, you have the option to specify your color preference during checkout. I f white isn't listed as an option, you can place your order for a different color and then state your color preference for white in the comment section at checkout. Alternatively, you can email us with your order number afterward, and we'll forward your color wish to our production team. How fast can I receive a pair of this shoe????
Hi Leah, Thank you for your question. All our pieces are custom made and made to order. Please allow 12-15 business days for your product to be made and delivered.
Do they come in wide?
Hi Kate, Thank you for your question. Normally, we make our shoes to fit the medium foot width. We do not make shoes in wide usually but can accommodate a slightly wider foot. Additionally I'd like to let you know that the leather stretches between 1 - 2 cm. More so in flats and sandals than in boots. Hope This helps!
