"You sent me the wrong committee and refused to give me a refund. Instead, you offered me a credit saying my shoes were custom ordered. They're only ordered by size and color, and you could have readily sold the pair I received. I have not sent the sandals back because I am very busy, and making a trip to the post office is something I should not have had to do. I will never order anything from you again."
"I ordered the vintage brown Savannah sandals and am utterly in love with them. This unique style is sexy, flattering (even for my less-than-perfect feet), and incredibly well-crafted. ELF also takes great strides to reduce their carbon footprint with sustainably sourced, fair-trade leather and support the local economy in Bali. Lastly, I had a complication with the sizing, and ELF was swift to respond and assist with my exchange! I highly recommend these shoes and this brand, these will certainly not be my last pair.
