Are the insoles removable?

Why do the Wild Rose Leather Ankle Booties have holes for laces as well as the straps with buckles?
Hi Sue, Thank you for your question. The boots have lace holes as an option to lace them up but customers rarely do as they fit well without any additional laces. Hope this helps!
Can you make the ankle larger if needed? There may be a few shoes I want to order, but have wide calf’s and ankles.
Hi Christina, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we cannot make the ankle circumference wider on these booties but we can adjust the length of ankle straps on sandals and ballet flats.
