Slamet Wagianto (Slamet)
Slamet is our Upper Maker with ELF, which means he makes all the soft, top leather parts of your shoes. He is originally from Jombang in West Java, Indonesia, is married and has 3 children. Slamet has been a part of the ELF Team for 7 years and we adore his joyous and fun nature.
Slamet, outside of work what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I like to help my wife baking her delicious cakes.
Talking about food - what is your favorite food?
Nasi Rawon (Rawon is an Indonesian beef soup served with rice. Originating from Surabaya, East Java, rawon utilizes the black keluak nut as the main seasoning, which gives a dark color and nutty flavor to the soup.)
Final question, would you like to share your dream with us?
My dream is to have my own business at some point.

Tjai Kian Sing (Asin)
Tjai Kian Sing, also called Asin is also one of the ELF members that have been with us for a long time. He has been working as an Upper Maker at ELF for 7 years. He is married, has two children.
Asin, you now live in Bali. Where are you originally from?
I am from Singkawang, West of Kalimantan on the island of Borneo, Indonesia. It is also called the city of a thousand temples.
What is your favorite food to eat?
My favorite food is grilled fish.
And last but not least, what do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy getting together with my family the most in my free time.

Misdi Didik (Didik)
Misdi Didik, also called Didik is a Sole Maker at ELF. He hand cuts the heels and manufactures the three layers of every sole: leather insole, wooden heel and rubber outsole. and He's from Magetan, East of Java, Indonesia and now lives in Bali with his wife.
Didik, how long have you been working with us?
I started as a sole maker here 2.5 years ago.
What is your favorite food?
My favorite food is grilled fish with sambal (spicy chili sauce)
When you're not working what helps you to relax?
I love animals. I have 11 birds and 2 musangs. Being with my animals is relaxing for me.
