Customer: Are your shoes made to order?
Bali ELF Expert: Yes, each pair of shoes is made specially for each customer with great care and attention to details.

Customer: Do you offer any customization for your shoes?
Bali ELF expert: Great News! We do! We offer custom heel heights, we offer color customization and on sandals we offer width customization to accommodate slightly wider or narrower fit

Customer: Do you have your own factory?
Bali ELF Expert: We have a factory here in Bali and we employ 25 tailors who make our footwear and bags.

Customer: Do your shoes run true to size?
Bali ELF Expert: Yes, our shoes are generally true to size. If you are not sure what size to order, please, contact us and we will help with choosing the right size.

Customer: Can I customize the heels on the Spirit Walker booties?
Bali ELF Expert: Most of the heels can be made with shorter heel height. Spirit Walker booties are usually made with 3 inch/7.5 cm but we can customize the heel down to 2 inch/5 cm heels.

Customer: I do not see size 13 in the drop down menu?
Bali ELF Expert: We can make any shoes in sizes 5 to 13. If you do not see your size listed on any shoes, please, contact us and we will create custom order for you.

Customer: Are the heels on the heeled sandals and booties made of real wood?
Bali ELF Expert: All heels are made of real light weight wood and are hand-wrapped with thick leather for a beautiful natural look.
